Service Policy / Warranty
The warranty coverage is 1 year on labor and parts from the date of purchase.
However, the following items (applied to the Product and its parts) are Not Covered by this or any warranty:
- Damage or loss caused by mishandling of the customer or person(s) that has accessed to the Product in the customer’s premise.
- Damage or loss caused by modification, alteration, repair by any unauthorized party.
- Damage or loss caused by another device that is connected to the Product.
- Damage or loss caused by Acts of God or any other sources beyond Xa’s control.
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, tampering or failure of the customer to follow normal operating procedures outlined in the user manual.
- Damage or loss as a result of external bodies i.e. power outages or surges, etc.
- Physical damage of the parts.
- Xa Service Department reserves all the rights.
