Service Policy / Warranty

The warranty coverage is 1 year on labor and parts from the date of purchase.
However, the following items (applied to the Product and its parts) are Not Covered by this or any warranty:

  1. Damage or loss caused by mishandling of the customer or person(s) that has accessed to the Product in the customer’s premise.
  2. Damage or loss caused by modification, alteration, repair by any unauthorized party.
  3. Damage or loss caused by another device that is connected to the Product.
  4. Damage or loss caused by Acts of God or any other sources beyond Xa’s control.
  5. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, tampering or failure of the customer to follow normal operating procedures outlined in the user manual.
  6. Damage or loss as a result of external bodies i.e. power outages or surges, etc.
  7. Physical damage of the parts.
  8. Xa Service Department reserves all the rights.
Xa Corporation will provide maintenance and service for the above conditions and those warranty periods have expired, however customers are liable for any charges incurred.
